Executive Coaching
I have worked with dozens of nonprofit executives and social entrepreneurs to help grow their leadership skills and impact. From my business experience, I understand how to help executives become great leaders, grow world class teams, and deliver meaningful results. I partner with leaders to identify and create plans to make gains in the highest leverage areas of their growth and development.
Advising for Scale at the Growth Stage
I excel in helping organizations at the growth stage when executives and teams begin to
experience new challenges such as scaling their leadership skills, teams, processes, technology, and business model. This growth stage occurs when an organization has received new capital in order to accelerate social change.
I understand that the CEO/ED job can be lonely, and regularly act as a sounding board for key decisions. I add value to growing nonprofits and social good enterprises via support in leadership & team development, hiring, strategy, translating strategy to results, revenue generation and more.
Supporting New or First Time CEOs & Executive Directors
In my career, I experienced transitioning from a COO to a CEO and entering a new company as CEO. I understand how to navigate these transitions (personal development plus managing a new Board, team, partners) and have helped several new or first time CEOs maximize their effectiveness from Day 1.
Board Development and Management
My experience as National Board Chair for an 18-person board with an $8MM organization, and serving on various advisory boards, has taught me about Board effectiveness. I support CEOs/EDs with Board recruitment, orientation, goal-setting, fundraising, meeting management and managing performance.
